JOIN THE pledge

Election Day is usually just an ordinary work day. The ATX Startup Pledge is a nonpartisan effort from leading Austin founders and CEOs removing challenges that might discourage employees to vote on Election Day.

As a part of the pledge, participating founders and CEOs commit to allow their employees some paid time during the day to vote on November 6th.  It’s a simple, easy plan.

Austin is one of the world’s most innovative cities, let’s lead by example.

Possible Ways To Participate:

1)      Offer time for an extra-long lunch
2)      Allow employees to leave work early or start late
3)      Have flex-time during the day for employees
4)      Let employees work from home
